In the heart of the Jungfrau firn, the Ice Palace awaits with its artistically carved corridors, halls and sculptures. The first sections were created back in the 1930s by mountain guides using ice axes and saws.

Today, artists shape the ice with great skill and attention to detail, creating impressive figures and works of art. Along the smooth, icy walkway, you can discover lifelike sculptures such as eagles, penguins and bears in different niches.

At around minus three degrees Celsius, you step into a truly special frozen world – an unforgettable experience on the Jungfraujoch.
