Pruning the vine and Raclette

At the start of the season, winegrowers from Valais visit Ballenberg to attend to their vineyards and to prune the vines. Guests can watch this fascinating work, ask questions and sample Valais wines and delicious raclette.

The Valais vineyard is located at the East Entrance, right next to the Chapel from Turtig/ Raron, Valais (1131).

This event takes place in collaboration with Swiss Wine Valais.
