The route is signposted by Switzerland Mobility (number 450). It is not particularly challenging. The trails are generally wide and difficulty is between the range of S0 and S1. In terms of the landscape, the Upper Lauterbrunnen Valley is spectacular. No wonder, so many writers and philosophers were inspired by this region. In some parts you will feel like J.R.R. Tolkien’s Frodo in the Shire.
