The sledging run starts at the Männlichen mountain station, which is accessible by cable car from Wengen or Grindelwald. From the Männlichen, the run descends over 1,000 metres in elevation to the Holenstein middle station in the direction of Grindelwald. As you cruise down the mountain, you have a great view of the Grindelwald Valley and the mountain range from the Eiger to the Wetterhorn. If there’s enough snow, you can even sledge all the way down to the Grindelwald bottom station.
