The alpine family will give you an insight into life on the alp and you will realise that cattle breeding is not just a hobby, but that it also affects the health of the animals and the quality of the raw products. And it is precisely this quality that you will experience for yourself on site: A delicious aperitif with products from the alp and a hearty Älplerz lunch await you.

You can buy fine products such as alp cheese, mutschli, raclette cheese, goat cheese, dried meat and dried beef sausage directly from the alp to take home. Did you know that goat's cheese from brown goats is supposed to taste particularly good? Tip: Be sure to try it at Hösel..
