The World Snow Festival in Grindelwald is a celebration of icy art, with international artists around the world creating figures and sculptures from three-metre-high blocks of snow. From 17.01 to 22.01.2022 the 39th World Snow Festival took place in Grindelwald under the motto "Mountains". The snow sculptures stand as long as the weather conditions allow. Click here for the rankings.
During 5 days the teams work on their sculptures from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. You can watch the teams at work until the sculpture is finished. In the ski resort Männlichen, teams ork daily from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm to creat the impressive sculptures from snow.
